My friend recently gave a housewarming party and I was amazed with her new kitchen. It had wooden cupboards and an island, features that I want on my own kitchen. So when I got back home, I started envisioning how I want my kitchen to look like. I was looking for examples of kitchen cabinets when I stumbled upon the site of Kitchen Cabinet Kings.

I browsed the site as if I would be having my kitchen redesigned. I looked first for cabinet door styles. I liked the color of the Country Oak Style because I don’t think it will show dirt much. However, it looks like my grandmother’s style of kitchen cabinet so I finally choose the Tribeca style. It looks sleek and the picture they provided says I made the right choice since the design is suitable for small kitchens.

Kitchen Cabinet Kings also has an Cabinet Education Desk where I found info on different on countertops, finishes, and cabinet care.  I’m actually torn between granite and ceramic tile countertops  but finally selected the former.  Goes well with the sleekness of the Tribeca design plus it’s easy to clean and maintain. You also add more value to your home in case you want to sell your house in the future.

I also looked at the Style Ideas section and found links to articles on other sites. It’s okay but the link to the article I was most interested in, Kitchen Cabinet Design Ideas for Small Kitchens,  is broken. I’m hoping they’d fixed it soon.
