Maja Salvador Admits to Being in a Relationship with Matteo Guidicelli
A very tearful Maja Salvador revealed to Boy Abunda earlier in The Buzz that she and Matteo Guidicelli are in a relationship. However, the Thelma star also admitted that she is not sure whether she will be in one after what happened in the Star Magic Ball after-party held in Salon de Ning. She confirmed that Matteo was involved in a fistfight with Coco Martin, Maja’s co-star in the highly successful TV series, Minsan Lang Kitang Iibigin.
It started with a kiss
The three stars involved in this unfortunate incident arrived at the Manila Peninsula, the venue of Star Magic Ball 2011, separately. Matteo arrived first with his My Binondo Girl co-stars and walked the red carpet. When asked where Maja is, she said that he’ll probably meet her later. Maja arrived alone and was very vocal about attending the ball dateless. Coco did not pass by the red carpet and used a different entrance instead.
After the celebrations, Matteo and Maja went to Salon de Ning together. According to reports, Coco kissed Maja in the lobby of Salon de Ning. This angered Matteo and he confronted Coco about it. This lead to the fight. To their credit, both actors have kept mum over the incident and the management of Star Magic released a statement saying that both actors were sorry for the incident and that it was just all a “misunderstanding.”
Well, I’m sure that all three of them are sorry for this very unfortunate incident. But they’re young and I’m sure they will learn something from this incident. Hats off to Maja for admitting the true nature of her relationship with Matteo after what happened last night, especially since she might be reprimanded for doing so.
