Loots, Loots, and More Loots!
One of the things I love about being a blogger is that I get invited to PR events that range from gastronomic delights to absolute luxury to shockingly boring. Fortunately, very few are boring events. Hehehe…
Anyway, I’ve been looking at some of the pictures I have taken using my celphone and saw that I took pictures of some of the recent loots I got from attending such events. Here they are:

These things really make me happy as I love freebies. To give back to the people who invited me to such events, I just started a blog for pinoy press releases. I called it Juana Press, sort of a play between (wanna and Juana (pinay name). I still haven’t finished tweaking it as I am busy with other stuff. But this is where I will be posting press releases that I get from PR events that I attend. I will be posting press releases in full aside from my very own post about the event, which I will post in this blog or others that I maintain.
Since I mentioned PR people, I do hope that they stop printing press releases on paper and/or saving it into data disks. I think that it’s an unnecessary waste of paper and CDs since they can send those PRs through email. Press releases through email is a small step towards saving money and helping save the environment. I am sure that I am not the only blogger who thinks like this.
Getting freebies and invites to events are perks we get from blogging. I hope the media would soon realize that blogging is mighty as a sword!
