Last July 24, I, Gabby and my Ulayaw friends had a very sumptuous dinner at Leslie’s Tagaytay. Of course, when you’re in Tagatay, you should not forget eating bulalo especially at dinner. Just for laughs, Winona took pictures of me while I was eating bulalo. So here’s a visual how-to:
1. Pick up the bone and tilt it down.

2. Use the end of a fork to scrape the bone marrow out. You can also use a knife.

3. Eat the bone marrow. You can also eat it with rice if you like, which I did. No pic though.

4. Using both hands, hold the bone and eat the meat!

Now that I have sufficiently embarassed myself, feel free to comment.
