A Baby Is Coming!

If there is one thing I am sure of about my family it is the fact that we’re dysfunctional. But this dysfunctionality makes our family more open and flexible than some I know. For example, just last night my third and youngest sister announced that she is pregnant with her second baby. This time, the father is her current boyfriend who works with her at Max’s.

Since I wasn’t here last night to witness the pseudo “pamamanhikan” like the last time, I only heard the news from my brother. I am a little disappointed that I didn’t see how my mom reacted to the news, but I guess that things went well. I do wonder how the setup is going to be since my sister’s first child, Toni, leaves with us. I don’t even think that her BF spent time with Toni.

Anyway, I wasn’t surprised with the news. The way my sister was behaving the past few weeks gave her away. I actually laughed the minute I heard the news and texted friends. Hahahaha. Am I excited with the new baby? Not really, but I’m not frowning either. I won’t be needing an anti wrinkle cream anytime soon.
